"When we signed up with Zach over 3 years ago, I gave him 5 stars. That was until we actually had to use our policy. A tree fell through our house, I called State Farm and started the claim. It took over 2 weeks and a few phone calls from me for Zach to even come out and look at the damage. Only to say, wow this is worse than the pictures.
2.5 months later Zach has been MIA and not present in the office. Cheyenne and Desiree in the office have been helpful, but Zach’s name is on the door and has made us out to feel like we are on an island by ourselves with zero assistance. Even the adjuster mentioned he had never had such an out of touch agent.
Needless to say, I requested a change in agents mid-claim
If he is your agent, you better hope you never actually need him for any assistance."
