"In these days of seeming insanity world wide, dealing with ppl who have no idea how to treat other ppl, and CERTAINLY have never heard of the concepts of customer courtesy, southern manners/hospitality, and loyalty causes the least amount of quality service seem like 5star treatment. That being said, if I could give Cheyenne and Caitlyn 10stars, it would be done deal. Actually, perhaps platinum/diamond stars(work on that state farm)would be more appropriate. These ladies are ALWAYS a welcome excursion into "the way things were" whenever we speak. It's a trip back to a time when customers were considered/treated like friends and family. Rarely these days do you even get human interaction/service, and when you do, all too often an automated system is preferable. Likewise, it's obvious when somebody is "handling" you or with speaking to you with faux, obligatory insincerity. Both Caitlyn and Cheyenne have always went above and beyond to assist me in any way they possibly can. They always make sure I am aware of my options in every situation. They personally reach out and keep me organized regarding my policies and payments. Perhaps most amazingly, they do all this with a genuine, warm, and dare I say "infectuously bubbly" demeanor that actually lessens my often sour state amidst my chaotic schedule. Anyone that knows me in the least would tell you that keeping me organized and lightening my all too often dark affect are both monumentous tasks. They somehow check both boxes. I hope State Farm is both aware and appreciative of these ladies, bc they are what maintains my business. I'd bet a prize pig I am NOT the only one that feels this way. Thank you and well done."
